Maheshwari sarees in gurgaon, Hand painted sarees in gurgaon

It was a month before the Navratras, for us as Bengalis it’s Durga Pujas, the season is festive and and
the air is full of anticipation of celebration and festivities. At home the activity level was increasing towards
the shopping for new clothes everyone was deciding what each one would wear for each puja on the
4 days both morning and evening, none of the attire are repeated! Particularly with social media like
Facebook and Instagram the matter of dressing has become more critical Repetition is taboo!

So I had a complete time table prepared for each session and one of the major one was the Sandhi
Puja when I planned to Adorn a Hand Painted Saree, now, it’s of utmost importance that with the time
left in my hands till Ashtami, I should be able to obtain a specifically designed and created
Hand Printed Saree in Gurgaon. The hunt began but discreetly as I am not interested in any of my
friends getting the similar Sarees as me as I am planning.

I called up some of my fashionable influencer friends who are heavily into Sarees and asked a few of
them where they get their drapes from as some of their collections are truly awesome. I received
several suggestions and advices from going to high end designers to tiny corner boutiques. I tried
them all, but my mind was particularly captivated by one of the websites where I had seen some very
unique collection in their digital display.

I again visited the website and the more I saw the more I liked the collection and desired to own them.
I looked at the prices and this was even more intriguing as the prices were about 40% lesser than the
Shops in the high street malls and lesser than 60% than the famed celebrity design houses products.
So I just picked up the phone on the number available on the website of Bandini Sarees and called the
principal designer.

We had a nice long chat where she was understanding my taste and likes and dislikes. Then she
suggested if it was possible to come over  though not necessary, I readily agreed.

I met Somali the Principal Designer at her boutique, and we had a great discussion and we decided
on the hand painted Sarees of Maa Durga as per her suggestion as This would be apt for the occasion
of Sandhi puja in Ashtami. The picture that would come on the Saree was brilliant and after the choice
was made it became unbearable for me to wait for the delivery but since it’s a hand painted Saree it
would take 15 days for me to get it.

To soften the pain of the waiting, we continued to discuss and she suggested to have different Sarees
for different occasions and sessions and I told her that I was going to hunt for Maheshwari Sarees in Gurgaon
that afternoon! Oh is it? She blurted and vanished for a moment. Returned back and whilst we were
enjoying our cup of coffee, a boutique assistant walked in with about 20 Sarees all Maheshwari one
better than another difficult to choose between one or another! However my problem was solved.

I told Somali that I would recommend her to my other friends, but only after the puja as I do not want
duplicates of my Sarees moving around me! She assured me that I would never face such a situation
as only one piece of whatever is made is available. So this fear should not exist. After that I was relieved.
I shared Bandini Sarees contacts and coordinates with my friends and since they only accept clients
by recommendation you can also mention my name and go to her by visiting their website
www.bandinisarees.com, aha my name is Mausami Banerjee living in Gurgaon
